Return & Refund Policy

Pretty Useful Things follows the SUPPLIERS specific RETURN GUIDELINES for each product that we carry within our online store.

PLEASE REFER TO THE RETURN POLICY (LOCATED TO THE BOTTOM RIGHT) ON THE PRODUCT PAGE.

We try our best to offer the most "flexible" Return Policy whenever possible and try to align ourselves with suppliers that feel the same.

REFUNDS

If the PRODUCT SUPPLIER allows the product purchased to be returned, please EMAIL your ORDER# and list the ITEM(S) you wish to return to info@prettyusefulthings.com.

We will respond within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday; weekends may take a little longer) of receipt of your email.

If the return is approved by the product supplier, then the RA# (Return Authorization#) and Return instructions will be included with our response email.

Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility,

Please email the Tracking No. so that we may inform the product supplier of the returned items. Please also keep the tracking information for your own records.

Returns may take up to two weeks to process once the ITEM(S) are returned.

Items should be unused, in original packaging, and with tags still attached. 

Refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment, and normally take 3-5 business days after processing based on your bank. 

REPLACEMENTS
 
If a product is delivered damaged or defective, please email info@prettyusefulthings.com within 7 days "after" receiving our item. Include a high-quality image or video of the damage/defect in order for a replacement to be issued.
 
If your order has been in transit longer than 5 days outside of the estimated delivery window of the country or State the order is being shipped to, please email us. We will issue a replacement order to be shipped to you.
 
Note: “Processing” time (the amount of time it takes to issue a tracking code and ship the order) is separate from “shipping” time.
 
To initiate a replacement, please EMAIL your ORDER# and list the ITEM(S) you wish to return to info@prettyusefulthings.com.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

For “lost in transit” or “stolen” packages, we will intiate a Refund though the Fulfillment Center for the entire order.
