How We Ship

All items from Pretty Useful Things are Processed and Shipped from our Fulfillment Centers in the United States and overseas.

SHIPPING TIME is dependent upon which Fulfillment Center is filling the item(s) on your order.

The Fulfillment Centers use DHL, USPS, ePacket and FedEx among many other carriers. Each Fulfillment Center has a different way of going about shipping their products, but they always choose the most efficient carrier to ship our customer orders. 

Products on your order may ship from different Fulfillment Centers with different carriers, and therefore, may arrive in different packages and at different times. 

Currently we only ship to the UNITED STATES.

"Average" processing time for most of the items is 1-3 business days.

Some items can take longer to process - up to 2 weeks. 

Please note that Processing time (the amount of time it takes to issue a tracking code and prepare the order) in the Fulfillment Center is "separate" from Shipping time. Shipping times are out of the Fulfillment Center's control once the package leaves their warehouse. 

Shipping times to the United States can vary, and may take up to 2 weeks. 

Please keep in mind that products can be held at US Customs, get delayed in airtime, or unique situations (such as COVID-19) have the potential to create delays for all shipments. 

We offer $5 STANDARD Shipping on all orders. 

After placing your order, you will receive email updates during the fulfillment process and a Tracking Number once your items have shipped.
